Interior

Internal

  • All internal doors, robes and cupboards are 2340mm high, which when combined with the 2.7 ceilings, gives a very open and airy feel to the home
  • Silver lever type handles, privacy locks and magnetic door stops
  • Bulkheads to passage way and wall niches with overhead light are as on the plan

Wardrobes

  • Stainless steel or powder coated frames which have mirrored sliding doors are also 2340 high with optional double hanging space
  • All shelving throughout is melamine for a smooth finish, complete with a 42mm timber colonial architrave front trim

Architraves

  • 68mm x 12mm Colonial pine - as in display
  • Skirting 92mm x 12mm Colonial pine moulding - as in display
  • Cornice is 90ml throughout.
  • Alfresco and porch areas have a plaster and cornice ceiling finish, allowing for a flow on finish, interior to exterior

Ceramic Tiles

  • Throughout kitchen, family, all wet areas and cupboard floors including alfresco and porch - as in display
  • Wall tiles to 300mm above and in front of bath and finished with a stainless steel edging strip.
  • Walk in shower recesses 1800 tile height. Double showers to ensuite - so no glass to clean
  • P. C. item for tiles - $25sq.mtr.
  • All tiles by Barritts of Bundaberg - Builders Supplier - shall include trim tiles around mirrors, shower and bath and non-slip stones to shower floors and entry as in display house.

Kitchen

  • Laminated, two or three tone finish to doors, drawers and kicks - laminated benchtops
  • Stainless steel 1 3/4 bowl sink, complete with flickmixer, cuttingboard and dish rack - in "silver" selection
  • Shaped bulkheads to kitchen also included, complete with downlights

Painting

  • Internal - 3 coat system ~SOLVER’ total colour system (the paint the professionals use) or owners choice.

External

  • Driveway - aggregate or stencil to 100mm thickness, with steel re-inforcement to 55 sq metres. Concrete paths to 20 sq.metres.
  • Powdercoated free standing letterbox and wall/fence mounted clothesline - choice of colours
  • Site levelled for turf

  • 5000 litre round rainwater tank and pump - plumbed into toilets & laundry. Slimline also available
  • 2 external yard taps
